Kindly try the following steps to fill in the form after getting the "You need permission message"
Option 1
Step 1. Sign out of your Google Accounts

1. Click here to sign out of your Google account.
2. In the top right, click your photo.
   • If you don’t see a photo, you might see the Account image .
3. Click Sign out.

Step 2. Sign in with your student email address

1. Type in your school email address (e.g. xxxxx@student.embuni.ac.ke).
2. Click Next.
3. Type your password.
4. Click Next.

After you successfully sign in, open the link to the form again to fill in your details.

Option 2

Clear ALL your browsing history on your chrome browser then sign in to your student email. After you successfully sign in, Open the link to the form again to fill in your details.
